What a positive experience I had with correcting a mistake I made when paying my CU VISA bill last month. I put another credit card company's check in the envelope that went to my C&T VISA address, but with Nancy's wonderful help, staying on top of the refund situation, I was able to get back on track and have the correct payment go to the correct credit card. I have been a member of this credit union for nearly 50 years and their services have never disappointed me, but this was the first time I really needed help with the refunding of a large amount of money. Nancy goes to the "head of the class" for her efforts! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
